I. Position: Quality Assurance internship

1. Job Description

• Taking sample in Warehouse, sending to laboratory, collecting results    
• Support on administrative job: prepare dossier for signature, prepare courrier, send dossier to VFA, scan certificates
• Support on preparing some manual for the Warehouse, take picture, observe process    
• Other QA activities supporting upon request by QA Team: document distribution, procedure formating, document translation,..

2. Requirement

• University Food technology or equivalent
• Organization and good time management
• A team player
• Flexible thinking and creative
• Good at English: reading, writing, speaking (equivelent TOEIC 650, IETLS 6.0)
• Good use of Microsoft Office

II. IT Support

1. Job Description

• System Management:
  • Analyze system, server, application, network, and input/output device performance.
  • Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware improvements, upgrades, patches, reconfigurations, and/or purchases.
• Helpdesk:
  • Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk channel (in person, via phone or electroically)
  • Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority
  • Installation of Window OS, MS Office and other third party applications (such as MS Navision, anti-virus etc).
  • May assist additional jobs as required by IT Manager.

2. Requirement

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is required.
• Certifications in Microsoft, VMware, and Cisco is a plus
• 1+ years experience in Microsoft Active Directory, Cisco Networking
• Honest, active, creative and hard working.
• Interpersonal skills, Reporting skills in English (written and communication)
