Job purposes

Procurement officer is responsible for the administrative work of Procurement Function and taking care ofoperating procurement processes.  from sourcing,  negotiating to create saving cost for the company

 Dimensioni key figures
  • Geographical Area: BDFVN office in Hochiminh City
  • Manpower: 0
  • Direct report to: Procurement Assistant Manager
  • External customers: Suppliers,  Service Providers,  3rd party
  • Internal customers: All requesters in BDF VN,  Finance,  Planning,  IT,  SEA Procurement,  Auditor

Job Description

  • Responsible for purchasing activities of POSM,  office services and supply
  • Ensure that Cooperate Procurement guidelines are followed
  • Ensure that Procurement Master Data (vendors.  payment terms,  spending…) in the system is correct and up to date
  • Work with internal Demand owner (DO) to determine Purchasing needs,  specification,  quality and delivery requirements.
  • Process Purchase Requisitions/orders within purchasing authority
  • Invite,  access and award suppliers from tender bids,  quotations,  and proposals
  • Prepare and negotiate contract terms and conditions
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing record in sort file, hard copy and SAP including PR, sD, PO. Contracts…
  • Manage existing contracts: re-evaluate. extend or prepare new contract when current contract is expired
  • Manage suppliers performance. Maintain supplier relationships and develop key suppliers to maintain reliable sources.
  • Manage first level of complaints from relevant requesters to the supplier and raise to the manager when foresee any issues
  • Coordinate with suppliers and Accountant to control the payment process
  • Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and management
  • Drive the Company cost saving and deliver the KPI target Maintain saving D initiatives in PROVA system
  • Attend meeting with Regional Procurement team and attend regional projects if any
  • Assist Procurement Mgr and Procurement Ass Mgr when needed.
  • Attend projects nominated by Procurement Manager. And Procurement Ass Mgr.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelors Degrees
  • Experience: At least 2 years experience un Procurement. Specific experience in office servicws/supply and POSM is preferable
  • Goot at Negotiation and Communication

  • Fast learner
  • A good team-worker
  • Computer Microsoft office Skill: Word, Excel, Powerpoint is compulsory required
  • Experience with SAP is preferable

BEAUTY THERAPYST (BT) SUPERVISOR

Job Description

Sales Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly Sales Target
  • Follow through coverage plan & objectives for the assigned stores/ areas ( at least 10 calls per day)
  • Maintain in store stock weight & display standard per store.
  • Ensure “NO” & “CLOSE to”  expiry date stock at stores in charge
  • Propose action plans to develop new store penetration & Sales Revenue.

Sell Out Drive

  • Be responsible for Sell out Target Achievements for BT stores
  • Propose Sell Out plan
  • Ensure stock weight at store level by working closely with  sales team
  • Enable staff to achieve sell out target on daily/ weekly basis  by
  • Target setting & follow up
  • Continuous  in field Coaching of “Selling Skills”
  • Retail Initiatives maximization

Trade Initiatives Deployment & Implementation

  • Implement all trade/merchandising initiatives to BT team, Sales Team Retailers & Pharmacies in a CAT (Complete, Accurate, Timing) manner
  • Track progress, be on top of issues and action plans to fight back if any.
  • Conduct evaluation & settle payment through BT & Med Rep.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on POSM design and Follow through POSM deployment plan at store.

Customer management

  • Good negotiation skill with key accounts/ pharmacies to have best win-win solution
  • Professional/ positive/ solution driving approach
  • Be the company representative with care to customers

BT Team Management

  • Training & On the field Coaching
  • Weekly / Monthly performance Tracking & Evaluation
  • Effective Coverage Planning
  • Team Administration : Weekly Meeting, Work hours Discipline, Uniform & Sales Tools
  • Support BT on relationship building with Retailers.

Data Management

  • Maintain updated  retail information at store level:  Purchase, Inventory, Offtake, and POSM
  • Always be on top of issues and report competition activities and field market sensing information to management

Others

  • Support whole team on other sales activities such as activation, training and other administration jobs required by direct manager.
  • Communicate and co-ordinate with other departments to meet customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement

  • University graduate, major in Sales & Marketing related areas.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in related positions. Experience in Dermo Cosmetics is an advantage.
  • Experience in MT FMCG is critical
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good Leadership, know to inspire & motivate team towards common objectives.
  • Good mindset of customer service
  • Willingness to work on a flexible schedule and occasional business trip travel out of base.
  • Positive, dynamic, honest and organized, passionate about work and overall team player.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the publics.
