ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Human Resouces (HR) and Operations Executive who will provide HR and operations support to the Teaching Centre (Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City) in order to deliver business and impact targets, and support sustainable growth. Working alongside the HR Manger you will coordinate HR activities and play a key role in providing these services to the Teaching Centre. You will also carry out tasks related to teaching centre operations. Your duties will include but are not limited to:Coordinate with regional recruitment team (in Singapore) and local interview panels to ensure teacher recruitments are followed and implemented, teacher on-boarding ensuring the whole offer process is managed from initial offer to pre-employment checks, work permits and inductions. Contract Preparation, sickness records and other HR related activities.  We are looking for a graduate holding either a certificate or diploma with at least two years full time experience in relevant position. You will have with proven experience of handling HR duties for expatriates in a multi-cultural working environment.
