MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - KERRY EXPRESS VIETNAM

1. Job Description

• “Actualization”: To work closely with our Top Management, turn their management ideas into action plans, and assist the Management to carry out those plans
• “Execution”: To assist the Management to carry out management actions, including the liaison with functional teams and corporate teams, getting feedbacks and traction results from respective teams and parties
• “Analytics”: To help the Management on creating and analyzing management reports dashboards and KPIs as a ground of decision makings
• Manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• All other duties as assigned.

2. Requirements

• Fresh graduated from Logistic, Engineering, Economics, Management, or other related field
• With working experience is preferred
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is a must
• Willing to learn, good communication, problem solving skills
• Excellence in logical thinking and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of people, including the company executives, middle level managers as well as ground staffs
• Working day: Monday – Saturday in 6 months full-time.
