1/ JUNIOR SALES

Job description

Responsibilities

• Create and establish contacts with the leading companies and ‘close the deal’ on contracts and form strong relationship in the Vietnamese digital market;
• Maintain a continuous ‘can-do’ attitude and have a strong determination to achieve challenging targets;
• Prepare and give inspiring presentations to potential clients and make up suitable promotional materials for such events with the assistance of our design and marketing teams;
• Provide a clear and supportive service to existing partners and give prompt responses to all partners’ inquiries, complaints and feedback;

Requirements

• Passion for sales and digital products;
• At least 1 year experience working in a sales-based role;
• Established contacts in Vietnamese IT industry is an advantage;
• Fluent English, native Vietnamese;
• Outstanding communication skills;
• Ability to develop and maintain a partner database;

2/SENIOR SALES

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partners’ database
• Promote & build awareness of CocCoc’s capabilities to existing and prospective clients
• Develop the business, build up and maintain good relationship with clients
• Prepare attractive documents/presentations to inspire and persuade clients
• Meet monthly & quarterly sales objectives
• Collect market information for superiors to maximize business opportunities
• Clearly communicate new products/advertising programs as well as provide excellent after-sales services including responses to all partners’ inquiries, complaints and feedback
• Research and forecast new trends in Vietnamese advertising online market
• Collaborate with other teams in developing new products/service
• Execute other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experiences working in a sales, customer service and/or business development-based role;
• Have working experience with Google Adwords
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A continuous ‘can-do’ attitude and have a strong determination to achieve challenging targets;
• Confidence and ability to perform well under pressure
• Ability to negotiate and create win-win situations
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic financial/ market data
• Professional and initiative personality
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Willingness to travel within Vietnam
• Good written and spoken English, computer literacy

3/ IT HELPDESK INTERN

Nhiệm vụ

• Cài đặt hệ điều hành, phần mềm ứng dụng và các phần mềm chuyên ngành cho hệ thống máy tính của Cốc Cốc
• Xử lý các vấn đề về mạng LAN và đường truyền Internet

Yêu cầu

• Tốt nghiệp các chuyên ngành thuộc lĩnh vực IT hoặc điện tử viễn thông
• Có kinh nghiệm tham gia các dự án phát triển hạ tầng IT là một điểm cộng lớn
• Thành thạo Tiếng Anh (Toeic > 450 hoặc có các chứng chỉ tương đương là một lợi thế lớn)

4/ IT HELPDESK

Responsibilities

• Support IT infrastructure of the company;
• Registration applications and monitor their implementation;
• Carrying out diagnostic work on localization problems;
• Installation, configuration and support of office and specialized software;
• Repair, or railway station and the modernization of computer and office equipment;
• Maintain databases of accounting hardware and software;
• Inventory management;
• Network security and virus protection.

Requirements

• Higher technical education;
• Experience in administration of family systems MS Windows, MS Windows Server, server applications;
• Basic knowledge of building a LAN;
• Basic knowledge of TCP / IP, Unix / Linux( Ubuntu, debian), MS Active Directory;
• Knowledge of hardware servers, laptops and PCs;
• Knowledge of the principles of operation of network equipment (routers, firewalls, switches);
• Knowledge of any MS Office version.
• Fluent in English
