Position: YOUTUBE SPECIALIST

Working place: Ho Chi Minh City

1. Duties

General description:

Responsible for organizing digital assets on digital media channels, including but not limited to YouTube. Prepare assets to accompany video content such as thumbnails and descriptions through cooperation with production department and marketing department.

The goal is to manage and own the most demanding digital video channels in Vietnam. Handling daily produced and well-made videos effectively in Vietnamese digital content market is the key role for this position. 

Detailed duties:

• Communicate and coordinate with production department
• Track and schedule content release times
• Perform basic tracking of analytical data
• Analyze, evaluate, and plan to optimize Youtube channels
• SEO on Google platforms
• Ads Revenue optimization
• Tracking & Reporting

2. Requirements

Skills and Specifications:

• Solid experience with digital video channel management
• Proactively able to suggest enhancement ideas for channel and content improvement
• Knowledgeable and proficient with Youtube
• Knowledgeable and able to analyze, evaluate keywords to optimize SEO effectively on Google platforms
• Advantage for 1+ year engaged partner experience with Youtube 

Education and Qualifications:

• Competence in spoken and written English
• Possession of excellence in oral and written communication skills
• Competent with Microsoft Office
• Experience with digital analytics tools, including Google Analytics
• Advantage for passion/experience in video/audio production
• Advantage for acquiring Youtube Certified Partnership (MCN) experience
