KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To translate documents (English to Vietnamese) and prepare product briefing in pursuance of releasing Press Kit to press people

• To support on preparing marketing report or presentation for Product Manager

• To support and follow up CRM programs and events

• To support on product license and legal papers

• To help with logistics and stock management

• To provide assistance on contract and payment

• Other duties which might be assigned from time to time by the Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Good command of English

• Highly proficient at MS, especially MS Excel skill

• Pro-active, honest, careful and detail–oriented

• Outstanding communication and organizational skills

• Strong passion with marketing in general and cosmetics in particular

• Responsible, result-driven

• This vacancy is an internship position
• At least 3-month commitment is required
