IGP was established in 1984, which provides for the complete range of Trims Products in several locations as follow: Thailand ( Bangkok ) – Head Office ( Group Finance, Centralized Data/Artwork and Sales); China ( Suzhou Industrial Park )– Head Production plants ( Woven Label, Printed Label, Heat Transfer Label, Paper,Tag&Sticker ); Korea ( Seoul ) – Production Plant (Printed Label and Heat Transfer Label ); Cambodia (Phnom Penh) – Production Plant ( Printed Label ); USA ( Atlanta ) – Sales and Liaison Office.

Now we are expanding to open the new Production Plant (Printed Label and Heat Transfer Label) in VSIP Hai Phong to service for Local Customers in Vietnam and Oversea Customers around the world.

1. Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Handle all financial and accounting tasks by corporate with the audit and accounting firm to ensure compliance with the Accounting Standards, Decrees and Circulars on Accounting Regime and Tax Regulations of Vietnam.
• Handle about VAT invoices and Import/Export Documentation and other documents related to our business 
• Facilitate all administrative & HR tasks and PA duties for General Director
• Liaise with relevant internal and external parties to support our business matters as required
• Perform any other tasks as assigned

2. Qualification :

• Age from 27-35 years old is preferable
• At least 3-5 years working experience in related field
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or higher
• Able to work well in multi-tasks and under pressure
• Good command in both written and spoken English is essential
• Good Level of proficiency in MS. Word / Excel and Emailing
• Able to travel and work in oversea for few days if necessary
