• This position will report to Medical Education Manager and take the responsibility to assist Medical Affairs (MAF) Department for all administration works including logistic preparation related to both MAF and ME activities

Main Tasks/Responsibilities  

Provide general administrative supports and tasks in an effective and accurate manner.

• Organize and maintain all department belonging files and documents/materials according to document retention and archiving policies
• Support in logistics arrangement for internal MAF team, cross-functional and company meetings

Provide administrative and logistic support to Medical Affairs related activities
