I. Position: Digital Marketing Lead

Location: Hanoi / Type: Full-time

1. What will you do

• Manage MCP’s social media profiles on channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, Quora, etc., and run social media campaigns to drive traffic to MCP’s website
• Run email marketing campaigns, including email template designs, call-to- action (CTA), content brainstorming and optimize automation tools
• Measure conversion rate, report performance of digital marketing campaigns and make improvements to the website
• Build partnership with related sites in the management consulting prep field such as student forums, consulting club in top-tier colleges, etc.
• Develop and execute go-to- market strategies for new products and feature releases
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

2. What we need

• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
• Exceptionally good English, especially writing and reading skills with an eye for details
• Some past experience in marketing is preferred
• Good design skill is a strong plus
• Above all, a can-do attitude with a burning desire to learn and grow

II. Position: Design Lead

Location: Hanoi / Type: Part-time/Full- time

1. What you will be doing

• Lead all design-related areas for MCP. You will be responsible for making video illustrations for our new products with Prezi (here is a sample: http://bit.ly/29IFMpH), creating stunning video ads, as well as leading the graphic designs for all MCP materials
• Assisted with all MCP’s digital marketing related areas such as regulating our social media channels, running email marketing campaign, partnership building, sales, etc.
• Improve UX/UI for our new website
• Brainstorm new and creative distributable materials
• And… many more! We are moving fast and we welcome you to go beyond your job requirement.

2. What you need

• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills with the ability to visualize information
• Proficient with design tools such as Prezi, Photoshop, Illustrator, video-making tools, etc.
• Good at English comprehension skills with an eye for details
• Strong sense of ethics. Not revealing confidential materials and database
• Above all, can-do attitude with a burning desire to learn and grow
