Job Descriptions

• Operate and control Filling & Packing machines. Ensure the machine and the production process can run safety, smoothly and continuously
• Follow all machine operation standards and procedures. Ensure 100% of the product meet Nestle’s quality standards
• Follow and implement cost saving activities. Try to reduce material lost and environmental effect in production process
• Ensure 100% production targets and plans are fulfilled
• Perform daily and weekly cleaning following Nestle quality standards

Job Requirements

• College degree or above in mechanical, electric, mechatronics, automation, chemical… or related fields (prefer candidates with bachelor degree)
• Prefer to have 1 year of experience in manufacturing environment (fresh graduate can be considered)
• Intermediate English level (good at reading, fair in communication and writing skills)
• Good at using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Can work in shift (8 hours/shift)

2. SENIOR NDP WAREHOUSE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST 

Job Descriptions

• Interface with different stakeholders to strictly maintain the timeline of this Long-term partnership project (LTP) , a project that we would like to develop our distributor’s warehouse to have professional and effective Warehouse’s management
• Establish and maintain good relationship with Customer Nestle Distribution Partner (NDP) to deploy this LTP project
• Working jointly with Sales to priorities effectively, plan a calendar of necessary visits, to ensure our support to NDPs is timely and effective and properly managed (budgets, costs, support, advice, documentation, assessments etc.)
• Communicate & train effectively on the priorities of Growth, Efficiency, Safety and Quality in the context of Warehouse Operations to Distributors and relevant stakeholders
• Co-ordinate with Customer Service & Distribution team
• Take a “continuous learning” approach to Warehouse Operations, ensure we continue to provide up to date support and services and future proof our NDP in the advice and support that we provide.  seek out and network with other experts in Nestle and ensure good contacts with supporting companies and service providers within Vietnam
• Develop and align Distributor’s warehouse with Nestle WH standards  for all new business development (Ice-Cream, Pet Care, Health Care, Confectionery etc..)  working closely with the New Business Development Manager and team

Job Requirements

• 3 to 5 years experience in Warehouse Operations
• Logistic experience is a plus. Preferred to have experience in warehouse’s management for FMCG product
• Self-motivation & autonomous work ethic
• Quality orientation with strong eyes of detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities
• Ability to excel in a team environment that emphasizes total cooperation and mutual respect
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Time Management and organisational skills
• Project management experience (warehouse design, distibution network redesign, high performance logistic, customer logistic) is a plus

4. BRAND TRADE MARKETING MANAGER 

Job Descriptions

• Identify, quantify and evaluate each opportunity of brands or activities assigned across all regions and channels and give feedback to Branch Manager, CCSD Head Office and Marketing team.Formulate opportunities into sales plan , and propose tactics for each defined plan
• Provide planning: determinate and confirm sales plan by region and total branch, analyze data, recommend and justify activity, allocation and forecast
• Consolidate, review and analyses the activity for sales forecast of Branch level; allocation of Trade Promotion budget and sales to regions within branch; advise to balance stock or stock rotation within branch
• Translate monthly/quarterly activities and plans plans of Branch sales into regional planning and recommend specific actions. Ensure consistency between sales plans and brand plans
• Lead trade marketing activity and projects with region
• Review and evaluate activities implemented in Branch for key learning
• Develop sales plan dynamics through close relationship with regions
• Define opportuity for channel/region development and closely co-operate with Head Office CCSD team, Supply Chain and marketing
• Monitor competitor activities in the region/channel providing insight to competitive advantage
• Support Branch sales team by preparing fact-based selling stories for new products or product launch
• Ensure link to CCSD team , Supply Chain Category Sales Channel Managers of Department
• “Champion” for stock allocation, Trade promotion allocation, stock rotation and other trade marketing activities within Branch and among regions
