Responsibilities:

1. Review flagged orders on the internal system;
2. Investigate any cases of actual or suspected fraud and noncompliance
3. Monitor and identify patterns within fraudulent activities
4. Evaluate effectiveness of fraud detection systems and strategies

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in an online fraud prevention environment is desirable;
2. Knowledge and experience with tools and techniques used to identify and prevent fraud;
3. Knowledge of MySQL is a plus;
4. University bachelors degree or above is required
5. Programming background (PHP) is a plus;
6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; the ability to spot trends and identify unusual patterns
7. Proficient English language skills
