Job Requirements

  • Education: University degree in a business related discipline, Finance or Economics
  • Work experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in finance, business planning/development or marketing. Cross-functional working experience should be an advantage

Job Descriptions

Retail Platform Management And Logistics

  • Support the Trade Strategy and Deployment Manager to analyze the needs of Retail and Key Accounts for Point of Sales Materials (POSM)
  • Provide relevant input and updates to Trade Marketing
  • Establish and regularly update POSM placement & Merchandising guidelines for all brands
  • Manage the logistics of existing and new POSM placements

Sales Force Management

  • Lead, motivate and direct the salesmen within a given territory to achieve or exceed global or brand availability, visibility and pricing objectives as well as dominant visibility of Point of Sales (POS) Materials

Resource Management

  • Implement optimum territory journey routings, call mission plans and call frequency patterns to maximize efficient and effective sales and merchandising force utilization
