1. Senior Recruitment Officer

a. Job description

• Coordinate and execute local and overseas recruitment campaigns under the supervision of the HR Managers.
• Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities.
• Identify suitable recruitment channels and design appropriate advertisements.
• Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face-to-face interviews for junior & mid-level positions and support all parties concerned with the assessment.
• Proactively coordinate with departments/hiring managers for interviews.
• Ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.
• Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.

b. Job requirements

• Bachelor Degree in HR management, or business administration.
• At least 3 to 5 years’ relevant work experience in recruitment.
• Ability to work on multiple projects.
• A proactive approach combined with common sense.
• Excellent communication in both English and Vietnamese.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and knowledge of database; Expert user of MS Excel and numerically inclined.

2. Learning & Development Officer

a. Job description

The L&D Officer will report to the L&D Supervisor and Manager. Main responsibilities include:

• Administration of training events. This includes preparation work before, during and after training events
• Liaison work with participants in, and instructors of, training events
• Monitoring and updating participants’ completion of their training
• Summarising the training evaluation forms
• Verifying and submitting expenses claims by participants and instructors for training events
• Collating data and information for L&D reports
• Preparing training documentation such as instructor manuals, hand-outs/notes for participants, and other support materials
• Scheduling training sessions and sending notification to participants
• Coordinating the preparation of training sessions, finding training rooms, ensuring the presence of all necessary equipment and catering arrangements where applicable
• Preparing and distributing training certificates where necessary
• Taking care of administrative tasks such as responding to emails, and letters, and providing the L&D supervisor or manager with general administrative support
• Performing other tasks as requested

b. Job requirements

• Tertiary qualification in English or Business Administration

Roles and responsibilities:

• As a management member of our IAS professionals, you will manage challenging assignments covering individual compliance - tax returns, computations; individual tax consulting - personal tax planning and international assignment tax management programmes.

• You will also manage client relationships, be accountable for service delivery, tax programme management and deliver client briefings on individual tax compliance and mobility-related matters of immigration compliance.

b. Job requirements

• Recognised university degree and/or professional accounting qualification

• Strong business and technical knowledge with at least four to six years of experience in personal tax, ideally in a professional services organisation

4. Risk and Quality Manager

 

a. Job description

- Project management of various projects, tasks and deliverables within deadlines
- Draft reports and deliverables related to risk and quality of the firm
- Provide consultation of R&Q and independence matters to internal clients

5. Learning and Development Manager

a. Job description

Reporting to the Human Capital Director, the L&D Manager is responsible for creating and implementing development programs and overseeing the development of careers. The L&D Manager provides proactive and consultative L&D services to the Lines of Services (LoS), with the support of the Human Capital (HC) team, and peers across the country to ensure commonality and consistency of the PwC HC approach across the business. This is accomplished through:

• Maintaining and or enhancing the existing L&D infrastructure;
• Managing all aspects of the training cycle (TNA, course development, implementation and delivery, monitoring and evaluation);
• Ensuring quality delivery of development programs, conferences, workshops;
• Monitoring and updating of L&D policies including ensuring consistency of the SEAPEN L&D policies;
• Providing guidance to L&D policies, programs and processes as necessary while ensuring alignment with local and global strategies;
• Partnering with LoS leadership and partners to support the LoS business strategy, with a particular focus on the Development elements;
• Working collaboratively with the L&D Senior Manager, HC colleagues, peers in all offices;
• Timely submission of global reporting and internal reporting requirements;
• Preparing and monitoring of L&D budgets;
• Managing and coaching L&D team members;
• Participating, when required, in HC and non-HC projects and initiatives, local and national, as needed.
