Với việc mở cửa hàng mới tại quận 1 thành phố Hồ Chí Minh vào ngày 30/7/2016, Star Kitchen tuyển dụng 2 nhân viên có chuyên môn làm việc full-time tại địa điểm trên

I. Position: Cake Shop Staff (fulltime)

1. Duties and Responsibilities

a. Sales/ Customer Service:

  • Apply company’s service standards daily
  • Greet and attend to customers in a courteous and helpful manner, Smile and Thank customers during each transaction, provide After- Sales Service.
  • Keep up-to-date on store information and product knowledge and sell and promote merchandise and services of the store.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Work with team to achieve sales target.

b. Stock Control:

  • Check stock daily to ensure that shelves are well-stocked and replenish stock whenever necessary.
  • Return any damaged stock according to procedures.
  • Assist in physical stock-taking.
  • Receiving and check quantity, quality, sizes and price tags of stock.

c. Housekeeping and Merchandise Display:

  • Keep sales area clean and tidy, pick up/ dispose (any) litter.
  • Keep the showcases and fixtures (including and storeroom,) clean and tidy; clean/ dust, merchandise to keep them looking new and clean.
  • Ensure that merchandise on display is neat and orderly.
  • Assist in promotion/ festive merchandise display.

d. Security:

  • Always be alert of suspicious characters; report any shop-lifting to superior/ security officer.

e. Market & Customers’ Information:

  • Feedback to superior on the salability of merchandise.
  • Feedback on customer comments regarding quality, usage, prices etc.

f. Administrative Procedures:

  • Replenish stationery supplies (bags, wrapping paper etc)
  • Complete necessary forms such as Repeat Order Requisition Form, Out of Stock Form, Daily Sales Record etc.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by the company.

2. Requirenments

a. Education & Training

  • Bachelor Degree with related major. Business Administration or Hospitality Management are preferred
  • Good at English skill: speaking, writing, listening & reading;
  • Proficiency with the use of Ms Word and Excel

b. Experience

  • Outstanding practical experience in a retail and customer service oriented environment.

c. Skills & Attitudes

  • Interest in food and cooking
  • Active listening and attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of relating with clients and associates in a positive, professional and polite way.
  • Commendable customer service skills with exceptional planning and organizational dexterity at all levels;

II. Postion: Store Supervisor (fulltime)

1. Duties and Responsibilities
a. Sales Operation and Customer Service

  • Keep up-to-date on store information and product knowledge to sell and promote merchandise and services of the company, employing a consistently high level of service.
  • Maintain and update data bank of regular customers, ensure effective and systematic customer data resource system. Know the customers by their names and their shopping interests.
  • Handle and resolve customers’ feedback/ complaints; feedback to manager(s) on customer’s comments.
  • Provide support in the following areas:

- Cashiering duties

- Stock control

- Housekeeping

- Merchandise display

- Security measures on the sales floor

- Market information, customer feedback to superiors

- Sales administrative procedures

b. Control of Stock Level

  • Conduct physical stock-take; check stock daily on the shelves and in the stock-room; replenish fast-moving stock, report on out-of-stocks, slow/fast moving stock; return damaged/ soiled merchandise.
  • Check price-tags

c. Staff Management

  • Provide OJT (Mentorship) and train retail staff and promoters on the following:

- Provision of quality service to customers

- Selling techniques and merchandise knowledge

- Behave according to business etiquettes and standards set by the company

 -Abide by company’s grooming standards

- Adhere to company policies, rules and regulations

  • Supervise retail staff and promoters to carry out their duties effectively and efficiently and to achieve sales, profit targets and control stock level.
  • Provide feedback to superior on staff performance.

d. Safety & Security

  • Ensure that retail staff and promoters observe safety and security procedures.
  • Report any shoplifting case and/or suspicious characters to superior or security personnel.

e. Housekeeping

  • Ensure that sales area, showcases and fixtures are always clean and tidy; ensure that products on display are clean and tidy.

f. Administrative Procedures

  • Update and maintain records of VIPs, SKU, stock, etc.
  • Daily sales records.
  • Monitor/ check staff attendance against duty rosters.
  • Comply with the Company’s rules and regulations. Any act for bribes and the Company’s information leaking out is totally unacceptable. 
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by the company.

g. Other duties as assigned

2. Requirements

a. Education & Training

  • Bachelor Degree with related major. Business Administration or Hospitality Management are preferred
  • Experience in working for international company is favorable;
  • Fluent in English for all skills: speaking, writing, listening & reading;
  • Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)

b. Experience

  • At least 01 year experience in Retail Business or in the same position; 

c. Skills & Attitudes

  • Interest in food and cooking
  • Active listening and attention to detail
  • Customer-oriented and good management ability;
  • In-depth knowledge of the stores’ commodities; 
  • Strong problem solving skills;
  • Hard working, honest, trustworthy and teamwork spirit;
  • Integrity, politeness, flexible and active;
