We are seeking sharp, personable, and highly-organized youngsters to support our Hanoi city team as we continue to grow our presence. This is non-staff temporary position, based in our Hanoi office. This is truly an opportunity to work with a stellar operations team on the daily functions that are at the core of Uber, and gain invaluable experience at the ground floor of a fast-growing, revolutionary organization. Perfect for current or recent college graduates!

Right now, we are looking for energetic candidates to fit the following positions:

  • Onboarding Specialist (in Hanoi, and Ho Chi Minh)
  • Telecommunication Specialist (in Hanoi only)
  • Sales Executive (HN only)

 

A. Onboarding Specialist (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh)

1. Sample Responsibilities:

  • Help with onboarding drivers onto the Uber system;
  • Review, maintain and organize driver documentation;
  • Find resolutions to driver issues and questions;
  • Respond to support issues both in-person and over email promptly;
  • Work closely with the driver operations and community operations teams to streamline process.

2. Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years of office administration or customer service experience (internships included);
  • Ability to work with very sensitive information and operate well, independently;
  • Mac literate and comfortable with simple data manipulation;
  • SUPER detail oriented - zero-tolerance for error;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners;
  • Superior organizational skills and great follow through on tasks;
  • An interest in and passion for Uber.

 

B. Telecommunication Specialist (Hanoi)

 1. What you will do:

  • Generating new business opportunities to fuel the pipeline in assigned territory;
  • Outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and marketing campaigns;
  • Uncovering prospect’s business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities;
  • Hit assigned Key Performance Metrics (KPIs);
  • Collaborate with sales team to share best practices and make recommendations to more effectively close sales and ensure customer loyalty.

2. What make you stand out?

  • Previous high volume cold-calling experience preferred;
  • Must be positive, self-motivated individual with a desire to learn;
  • Excellent written skills and highly articulate;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
  • Deliver extraordinary customer relationships;
  • Positive attitude, team oriented, and a self-starter;
  • Ability to accurately determine lead qualifications based upon established criteria.

C. Sales Executive (Hanoi)

1. Job descriptions:
• Identify and contact potential partners; discover their needs, persuade and support them to become Uber partner.
• Follow up and engage with partners.
 
2. Requirements:
• Experience and knowledge in sales 
• Dynamic, creative, good communication
• Positive, active and passionate involvement in work
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multi-tasks with tight deadlines.
• Self-motivation, high flexibility and strong adaptability
