TTS Group is a leading specialist traffic and transport engineering group based in Singapore, Australia and Vietnam. Over the last five years TTS Group has grown to become SE Asia’s leading specialist traffic and transport consulting firm that specializes in various aspects of traffic engineering and transport planning.

Our office in Vietnam is expanding and we require an Administrative Assistant. As part of our response to this growth, we are seeking a qualified candidate whose focus will be providing administration support to our projects and commercial aspects.

1. Market Research Manager

TTS Group Co. Ltd is currently looking for a potential Market Research Manager to join our expanding team based in Hanoi, Vietnam. The selected candidate is principally responsible for setting up and manage the new market research departments and to develop a feasible business plans to expand TTS Group’s market research capabilities in Vietnam. To accomplish this, the Market Research Manager works with the Director to understand, define and document the overarching business objectives and implement those objectives.

The Market Research Manager will have extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret the data and produce substantiated recommendations. He/She will also have frequent opportunities to travel regionally to develop the market research market.

 Job Scope include:

  • Set up and manage market research department to serve the local and regional markets
  • Project manage market research to time line and budget.
  • Communicating with clients to understand and document the business objectives.
  • Formulating analysis plans and acquiring client sign-off
  • Designing or assisting in the development of questionnaires and interview surveys to ensure the necessary data is captured
  • Conducting in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods
  • Authoring reports containing actionable recommendations
  • Making presentations—answering questions and instilling confidence
  • Advising clients on how to best research findings.
  • Analysing and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts
  • Develop the skill sets of the junior staff and to mentor them on their work performance.

Requirements:

  • Have professional market research experience of over 5 years and have experience in mentoring junior market researchers
  • Have experience in managing large scale interview surveys in various methods such as PAPI, CAPI and online survey systems
  • Educated to tertiary qualifications, preferably to Masters Levels.
  • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities in both English and Vietnamese
  • Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint

Your position will be as Market Research Manager based in TTS Group’s Hanoi office.

The position reports to the Director.

2. Administrative Assistant (Full-time)

Job duties include:

  • Coordinate and prepare all project invoicing as directed by project managers.
  • Monitor and follow up aged debtors as required.
  • Project related administrative and accounting tasks as required.
  • Manage and be accountable for petty cash expenditure, including regular reconciliations.
  • Data entry and word processing.
  • All administrative tasks associated with operating and managing reception and incoming phone calls.
  • Carry out company banking on a daily basis.
  • Collection and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Organize couriers and general deliveries as required.
  • Prepare monthly salary payments.
  • Facilitate all administrative requirements of the office and project deliverables as a whole travel, marketing and business development activities etc.
  • General office administration tasks and PA duties for the Company Director.
  • Assist with and prepare various company templates, documents and setting up of filing systems.

Requirements:

  • Excellent of spoken and written in English, additional foreign languages would be an advantage.
  • Looking for someone mature, good team player with initiative and common sense.
  • Willing to work a five and a half day week.
  • Meticulous in Work
  • Previous working experience in administration and accounts.
  • Previous working experience in traffic, transport, logistics or parking industry highly desirable.

Your position will be as Administration and Accounts Assistant based in TTS Group’s Vietnam office.

The position reports to the Company Director and provides administrative and accounting support services for all Singapore staff as required with a major focus on facilitating all administrative requirements of the office.
