1. Assistant Recruitment Manager

a. Job description

- Manage external and internal recruitment activities as per global process (e.g., job briefing, screening cv’s/applications, conducting telephone interviews, providing short lists, scheduling interviews, extend offers, coordinate on-boarding activities, etc)
- Provide recruiting support for positions including, but not limited to; entry-level, professional, graduate and manufacturing roles
- Work closely with Hiring Manager, Expertise Team and HR Business Partners in promoting the Employer Brand in order to attract the right candidates
- Communicate Unilever Employee Value Proposition to prospective candidates in order to attract and convert talent
- Compile and manage data & reporting of recruitment KPIs and SLAs and provide information upon request
- Coordinate Recruitment transactional activities in support of Line Manager.
- Provide feedback & comments from market to HR Expertise team in order to develop/design recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate of recruitment for any Unilever fresh programs
- Ensure compliance in area of Recruitment policy
- Manage the candidate pool by identifying & using multiple talent channels
- Be responsible for briefing and management of recruitment agencies
- Coordination of logistics for recruitment events where appropriate
- Maintain Recruitment budget in line with country local practice
- Maintain the recruitment report and other as assigned by Manager
 
b. Job requirements
 
- University graduate with minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in recruiting for the relevant business area (FMCG, Sales, Marketing or factory workers)
- Ability to work with predetermined processes, policies & guidelines
- Ability to identify talent & to source, screen and select qualified candidates in line with business requirements
- Ability to prepare and conduct behavioral & Competency-based Interviews
- Customer Service mindset and client & candidate relationship management
- Interpersonal skills
- Fluent in spoken and written communication in English

2. Channel Marketing Assistant Manager
 
a. Job description
 
- Champion Shopper Insights in the respective Channels
- Lead Channel Audit & Localize Global Channel blue print to define the Channel priorities
- Work with Category Management team to give Channel inputs into their Trade Category plan
- Develop the Perfect Store concept (Health & Beauty, Home Care corner) for the respective Channels
- Develop and Execute the Cross-categories Marketing activities that take place in the respective channels

3. Customer Operation Assistant Manager
 
a. Job description
 
- Ensure ambitious target setting & monitor closely for performance
- Coach the Field Sales force for Performance in relation to the targets set and build a winning spirit within his/her team
- Lead the Field Sales Force by showing the example
- Ensure streamlined implementation of the customer strategy at Point of Sales (POS) in order to further build market share

4. Trade Category Manager - Pure IT
 
a. Job description
 
- Target setting in a channel-wise, outlet-wise construct
- Monitor in-market sales performance and on-the-job review of team members and provide sales inputs at a store-level
- Deliver upon monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets as per mutually agreed plans
- Lead a team of supervisors that in-turn manage a team of dedicated demand generators
- Identify key outlets and drive agreement with retailers to drive productivity
- Recruit, Train, Review performance & manage a dedicated team of In-store demonstrators
- Monitor, review and drive sustained growth in sales productivity of in-store demonstrators.

b. Job requirements

- At least 4 - 5 years relevant sales experience in household applicant

5. Brand Building Finance Assistant Manager
 
a. Job description
 
- Control trade, advertising and promotion investment. Make sure the spending to be in line with accounting standard and within the budget framework/plan;
- Participate in Category management processes: actual performance analysis, monthly rolling forecast. Work closely with other functions to understand key movement in sales, costs and other financial measures;
- Prepare management reports and financial analysis to relevant stakeholders. Participate in report simplification process;
- Provide commercial advice and support to Business Unit team. Analyze category’s performance, identify key trends and underlying business issues;
- Monitor key financial indicators of the business performance and proposing actions required accordingly;
- Perform financial assessment for product innovations and other category’s activities;
- Keep updated about market environment and, together with the team, building market & consumer insights into business plans accordingly;
- Involve in categories’ strategic plan. Ensure that plan is brought into actions;
- Together with Business team to manage the marketing activity of the category, including mid and long-term plans;
- Involve in departmental strategic projects and contributing to the functional improvements required in the business;
- Other tasks/ analysis assigned by BBF Manager.
 
b. Job requirements
 
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Auditing or Finance
- At least 3 years working experience in multi-national companies (manufacturing preferred)
- Excellent computer skills in using Microsoft Office Applications (specially in using Excel)
- Having strong analytical skills and good business sense
- Possess high degree of integrity and professionalism
- Being proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Excellent command of English
