1. Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Job Description

  • Own the design, development, and maintenance of metrics, reports, and dashboards to drive key business decisions
  • Apply data mining, quantitative analysis, and statistics to understand and influence customer shopping behavior
  • Develop recommendations to improve ecommerce business performance through automated and ad hoc analyses
  • Evaluate available data sources such as point-of-sale data, CRM data, and the data warehouse and develop reliable, actionable reporting
  • Simplify business processes by automating the gathering, analysis, and reporting of metrics

Basic Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience as data analyst, BI engineer, BI analyst, business analyst, or similar function
  • Bachelor's degree in analytical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Operations, Statistics, or Mathematics
  • Experience in building and querying databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, etc. to drive business 
  • Effective communication in English & Vietnamese

Desired Requirements

  • Experience in E-commerce / on-line company
  • Analytical mind-set and ability to see the big picture
  • Detail-oriented and must have an aptitude for solving problems. The role will require the ability to extract data from various sources and to design/construct/execute complex analyses to finally come up with data/reports that help solve the business problem
  • Ability to apply analytical, computer, statistical and quantitative problem solving skills is required
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-task, high volume environment
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible in responding to deadlines and workflow fluctuations

 

 

2. Buying Assistant (Menswear Apparel Team)

Job Description:

  • Menswear Apparel Assistant at ZALORA is the key to support our rapidly growing organization.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly-motivated and a detailed-obsessed self-starter.
  • As a Menswear Apparel Assistant, you will be tasked with all aspects of buying job under supervision of respective buyer including but not limited to, administrative tasks, quality control and order follow-up.
  • Help the Buyers maintain vendor relationships via outreach and attending meetings.
  • Help Buyers with managing product assortment, timelines, and managing business terms and conditions with partners.
  • Help buyers communicate with suppliers/partners and manage all related administrative tasks.
  • Help buyers with buy planning, marketing, and finance teams on execution of daily interactions based on marketing inputs, historic sales data, and new business insights.
  • Work with Buying Operations, Buy Planning, and Operations teams to help manage inventory levels and replenishments with buyer supervision.
  • Help buyers communicate and manage all buying related administrative tasks.
  • Work with Warehouse team to return and transfer products to and from suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, time management and organization skills.
  • Good communication skills
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the basic buying acumen and knowledge of product trends.
  • Enthusiasm and aptitude for working in a fast-paced, collaborative, start-up environment.
  • Must be highly self-directed, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work at both strategic and tactical levels.

 

3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Intern

Department               :           Marketing

Report to                    :           CRM Channel Lead

Allowance                 :           VND 3,150,000/month

Location                     :           Ho Chi Minh City

Job Description:

CRM is a channel within Online Marketing responsible for customer conversion and customer retention via email marketing and mobile marketing (SMS and Apps notifications)

  • Execution of CRM campaigns via its respective channels
  • Involve in full campaign process including: Analysis, Hypothesis, Planning, Visuals, Execution and Review
  • Coordinate closely with Campaign Group within Marketing to align campaign push on all-site level
  • Coordinate with other departments outside of Marketing including Product Management, Customer Service, Customer Experience and Operations to ensure customer-focused direction
  • Campaign analysis and reports
  • Special projects: Participate in a variety of special projects both at local and regional scale

Requirements:

  • Data-oriented work experience with excellent analytical capabilities
  • Attention to details
  • Understanding of customer buying customer retention
  • Effective verbal & written communication
  • Experience in producing creative content & copywriting is a plus
