Heritage Space trân trọng giới thiệu 'Những mảnh Vô hình - Invisible Fragments' một sắp đặt Âm thanh-Thị giác của Félix-Antoine Morin đến từ Montreal (Canada).

Những mảnh vô hình là một sắp đặt âm thanh-thị giác có khả năng thu phóng, tiết lộ nhiều lãnh địa vi mô, mà những chi tiết không thể được nắm bắt bằng mắt thường của chúng lại trở thành đối tượng để chiêm ngưỡng qua ống kính camera.
Khi camera di chuyển và thăm dò những lãnh địa siêu vi, tác phẩm dần dần lắng đọng thành một vũ trụ vi mô, gợi lên thẩm mỹ của sự siêu phàm trong đó nhận thức về lượng mức vượt qua các tham chiếu thường ngày. Thông qua quá trình thi vị hóa những thế giới bên trên và bên dưới không chút nghi ngờ này, ống kính camera cho phép người xem nhận thức, đồng thời sắp xếp lại bản đồ những thế giới nhạy cảm với những chuyển động đa dạng khác nhau. Kết cấu thực tế và sự mấp mô của các môi trường được ghi hình cực cận (macro) sinh ra những huyễn tưởng trong đó nhận thức và tưởng tượng tạo ra cuộc đối thoại bất biến.
Phần nhạc nền có tính không gian đi kèm với các hình ảnh mang tính chủ quan thuần túy và mong muốn tạo ra một sự đồng bộ với những hình ảnh mở ra. Nếu một hình ảnh tạo ra đường ngoại tiếp một không gian, âm thanh có vai trò mở ra và xóa nhòa chính không gian đó. Thẩm mỹ trong sắp đặt này nhằm khám phá những khả thể phức hợp của mối quan hệ giữa thời gian và không gian, nhận thức thị giác và nhận thức thính giác, nguồn quang học và nguồn âm thanh.

VỀ NGHỆ SỸ:
Félix-Antoine Morin học nghệ thuật thị giác tại Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) và sáng tác nhạc điện tử tại Nhạc viện Montreal (Canada). Năm 2008, anh đã giành được giải thưởng JTTP và năm 2012, anh nhận được giải thưởng Joseph S. Stauffer của Hội đồng Nghệ thuật Canada. Các tác phẩm của anh có mặt trong một số sự kiện quốc gia và quốc tế. Anh cũng là thành viên sáng lập của hãng thu âm Kohlenstoff Records.

Kim-Sanh Châu là nghệ sĩ múa mang hai dòng máu Pháp-Việt hoạt động ở Montreal (Canada) từng học múa tại Paris 8 (France) và UQAM (Canada). Ngoài ra, cô còn có bằng thạc sĩ tài chính (ACU/Australia, Đại học Aarhus/Đan Mạch và Đại Học Harvard/Mỹ). Các vở múa do cô biên đạo đã được trình diễn tại các liên hoan địa phương như l'Arsenal, Tangente, MAI, Accès Asie và Quartiers Danses; cũng như các sự kiện quốc tế như SIDance-HOTPOT, Sejong Festival (Hàn Quốc), Europe Meets Asia trong Múa Đương Đại, Krossing Over Art Festival (Việt Nam), Dancebox and RAW Art Space (Malaysia). Cô còn là nhà làm phim về múa trên màn ảnh rộng. Tác phẩm của cô, hầu hết được cộng tác sản xuất, đã được trình chiếu tại Canada, Colombia, Đức, Pháp, Ý và Việt Nam. Năm 2017, cô được trao giải Đạo diễn Xuất sắc nhất tại Festival Quartiers Danses cho phim Inner Smoke. Sau cùng, cô là Đồng Giám đốc điều hành và Giám đốc nghệ thuật tại Studio 303 (Canada), và nghệ sĩ múa của công ty Equivoc' (Canada).

Invisible fragments is a scalable audio-visual installation that unveils several miniature territories, whose details, inaccessible to the naked eye, become objects of contemplation under the camera-eye.
As the camera roams and probes these territories of the infinitesimal, the work gradually sediments into a microcosmic universe, evocative of an aesthetics of the sublime whose scale of perceptive grandeur transcends everyday references. Through a process of poeticization of these unsuspected infra-worlds and supra-worlds, the camera-eye allows one to perceive at the same time as it re-maps different worlds sensitive to manifold movements. From the realities of the textures and the reliefs of these environments filmed in macro are born fictions in which perception and imagination are in constant dialogue.
The spatialized sound tracks that accompany the images are purely subjective and seek to create a synchrony with the unfolding images. The use of combined sounds in this installation makes it possible to link heterogeneous spaces. The aesthetics of this installation aims to explore possible complexifications of the relationship between time and space, visual perception and auditory perception, optical source and sound source.

About ARTISTS:
Félix-Antoine Morin studied visual arts at UQAM and electroacoustic composition at the Conservatory of Montreal (Canada). In 2008, he won a JTTP award and in 2012, he received the Joseph S. Stauffer award from the Canada Council for the Arts. His works have been featured in several national and international events. He is also a founding member of the Kohlenstoff Records label.

Kim-Sanh Châu is a Vietnamese-French contemporary dance artist, based in Montreal (Canada). Trained in dance at Paris 8 (France) and UQAM (Canada), she also holds a Master's degree in finance (ACU/Australia, Aarhus University/Denmark et Harvard University/USA). Her choreographic work has been presented locally at l'Arsenal, Tangente, MAI, Accès Asie and Quartiers Danses festivals; as well as internationally at SIDance-HOTPOT, Sejong Festival (Korea), Europe Meets Asia in Contemporary Dance, Krossing Over Art Festival (Vietnam), Dancebox and RAW Art Space (Malaysia). Châu is also a screendance filmmaker. Her work, mostly collaborative, has been screened in Canada, Colombia, Germany, France, Italy and Vietnam. In 2017, she was awarded Best Direction 2017 by Festival Quartiers Danses for Inner Smoke. Finally, Châu is Artistic and General Co-director at Studio 303 (Canada), and an associated artist at Equivoc' (Canada).
