Mô tả Công việc
I. OVERALL JOB
- Manages the delivery team
- Plans and execute the delivery requirements for Q Industries
- Supports the Warehouse department when required
II. DETAILED JOB FUNCTION
- Delivers projects and products using the appropriate project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently
- Collects necessary documentation and packing products before delivery, following the SOPs
- Must also properly account for the receipt, delivery and customer returns. Ability to train a backup to cover duties when absent.
- Completes deliveries in a timely and efficient manner
- Completes deliveries in a timely and efficient manner
- Be also responsible for timely returns as defined by customer requirements or expectations. Must communicate customer feedback to Sales and/or Supervisor, contributes ideas and suggestions for improvements and completes appropriate paperwork.
- Schedules, facilitates and provides support for internal and external meetings (minutes, prepping collaborative meetings, etc.)
- Be responsible for documentation and maintenance of delivery.
- Ensures that all external transport contracts are properly executed.
- Plans for and execute all delivery functions.
- Track / manage expenditures and resources. Reduce cost and increase efficiency
- Follows up with customers / transporters regarding Incident reports.
- Informs related department and track /manage Incident reports
- Performs other related duties as assigned, based on the business need.
*Working Time*:
- Monday to Friday 08.30 – 18:00
- If and when the management requires his or her additional contribution.

- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese
- Understanding of Supply Chain Management Procedures, Logistics Skills, Strategic Planning Abilities, Knowledge of Supply Management Software (Database Management, Inventory
- Good at Networking, Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills, Data Analysis, Superior Organizational Skills, Good Business Instincts, Mathematics Skills, Good Negotiator, Financial Analysis Skills
- Preferable with 3 years of related experiences
- Preferable good proficiency in ERP system, barcoding system
