Under the direction of the Associate Academic Director, the post-holder is responsible for implementing the STEM teaching program in assigned primary and/or secondary schools. This position is also responsible for collaborating with other departments in promoting interdisciplinary STEM.

1. Duties and responsibilities

• Research and design lesson plans for K-12
• Engage in teaching at the center and assigned schools in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City
• Prepare materials and hand-outs before classes
• Participate in events and other works when required
• Able to work extra hours outside the normal working hours and carry out work during the weekends.

2. Requirements

• Language: Fluent in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5/ 720 TOEIC/ 79-93 TOEFL) and Vietnamese
• Creative, critical thinking and confident
• Excellent in communication and collaboration skills
• Good stress management and time management skills
• University degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline such as English, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Social Sciences
• Prior teaching experience is desirable
• Dynamic, dedicated and open-minded
• Willing to learn and work under high pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Having experience working with small children is an advantage
• Willing to travel when required
