Now, we are hiring the potential candidates who will become a part of the development of 40HRS JIC in Vietnam market. 

1. Business Development Manager

Main tasks:

·         Manage quarterly revenue plan and execution; Achieve annual and quarterly goals

·         Manage existing sales team, help them be successful.

·         Grow the company’s sales development program

·         Independently drive meetings, conduct negotiations and contract reviews with customers.

·         Maintain relationships with clients and develop new business opportunities by seeking out new clients

·         Do market research, work with marketing team on various lead generation activities.

·         Work with cross-functional teams (Sale, Marketing and IT team). 

·         Other duties as assignment, management of project delivery and end user support services. 

Requirements

·         5+ years proven sales experience in managed services, software as a services or a related field.

·         Demonstrate high responsibility and passion for the work.

·         Confident, outgoing and easily adaptable.

·         Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Foreign Trade

·         Very good command of MS Excel required, experience in Microsoft Visio, MS PowerPoint appreciated.

·         Strong analytical skills and excellent understanding of numbers

·         Good interpersonal working relationships with other team members and with customers

·         Effective communication and presentation skills, in front of customers and peers.

·         Very good communication skills in English (speaking and writing)
