JOB DESCRIPTION

- Support and convert potential leads into paid customers

- Work closely with Tech team to solve customer-reported bugs/issues

- Constantly updating and learning about the products and new technologies

- Constantly updating leads' status, products' status and be well informed of their issues

- Report about sales and current leads status on a weekly and monthly basis

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Good English is a must - Experience and knowledge of e-commerce or sales

- Good computer skills and adaptability to new technologies

- Good interpersonal skills BENEFITS - Salary: Up to 15M (Basic: 7M)
