Sales Associate at Dealer   

SUPERVISOR:

Toyota Tsusho Insurance Solutions Vietnam Co., LTD. (“TTISV”).  TTISV is an insurance agent and a wholly owned subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho Insurance Management Corporation (“TIM”).  TIM is owned subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho Corporation (“TTC”) which is one of the Toyota Group Companies.

This year we are launching new insurance product for Toyota vehicle customers in Vietnam through Toyota dealer networks (“Toyota Insurance”) from April, 2017.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Take a responsibility to work with Car dealer in selling branded Insurance service to Car owner
• Take a responsibility to achieve monthly target/quarterly target which set by company
• Train & provide full support to Car Dealers’ staff in insurance products, Sales process, system
• Support Car Dealer in case of Claim and other issues occur
• Support Sales Planning team in other task which need involve from Car Dealer such as on-site survey, marketing material display….
• Analyze and provide monthly report for Car Dealers
• Work closely with other Departments to support in product and service development.
• Other duty as assigned

 JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant professional majors
• Two years experiences of sales in service
• Experience in Non-life insurance or experience in working with dealers is an advantage
• Three years experiences with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Confident, dynamic and very proactive, decision-making and critical thinking
• Self-motivated, initiative, maintains a high level of energy
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Tolerant and flexible, adjusts to different situations
• Fluency in English is advantaged
• Can take business trips periodically in North provinces
